Medcan is seeking a versatile Marketing Automation Lead with experience leveraging the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem to own the tech delivery strategy and execution of dynamic and engaging email campaigns, robust marketing journeys and automated messages (email, SMS, push notifications) to reach clients and prospects with the right message, at the right time. Reporting to the Director of Go-to-Market, you’ll manage the intake, requirements gathering, documentation, strategy of development and delivery of MarTech initiatives. This role is accountable for the day-to-day marketing automation management & execution, while also defining how we engage clients across the lifecycle and building the journeys that deliver business outcomes. It combines lifecycle strategy, CRM architecture, and hands-on campaign execution to drive measurable improvements in conversion, engagement, and retention. You’re a proactive self-starter who clarifies requirements early, anticipates challenges, and applies creative problem-solving. Organized and confident, you can prioritize and manage multiple projects while using insights to make data-driven decisions. Collaboration is key—you’ll work closely with stakeholders across Marketing, Growth and Digital Transformation to support business objectives. Your expertise spans a broad range of marketing and AI technologies, enabling you to sit at the intersection between marketing, technology to actively recommend solutions that leverage emerging technologies and drive efficiency.
