About The Position

Roby Services is seeking a Marketing Associate to develop and implement marketing strategies for Roby Services – Home Services (HVAC, Electrical, & Plumbing), a division of The Roby Family of Companies. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you'll drive brand awareness, engage with audiences, analyze data, and promote our company culture, while collaborating with the broader marketing team across all divisions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven interest in Home Services marketing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field (at minimum).
  • 2-3 years of experience in Marketing
  • Interest in Marketing for Home Trade Services (HVAC, Electrical & Plumbing).
  • Understands how to implement Call-To-Action Marketing.
  • Creative thinking and a passion for staying up to date with digital marketing trends.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and digital marketing platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to multitask and manage the demands of numerous projects.
  • Strong personal and business ethics.
  • Ability to understand ROI measurement and accountability for results.
  • Knowledge of all distribution channels, including traditional and digital marketing.
  • Engaging personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Roby Services.
  • Manage and create engaging content for the company's social media accounts. This includes regular posting, engagement, and growing the brand's online presence.
  • Create and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain customer relationships.
  • Ensure the brand message and visual identity are consistent across all digital channels.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align digital efforts with the overall marketing plan and company objectives.
  • Serve as the marketing liaison for the Roby Services division, working closely with Sales, CSRs, Operations, and leadership teams to understand customer needs, develop impactful marketing initiatives, and ensure alignment between marketing efforts and business objectives.
  • Keep up with industry trends and competitors' digital marketing strategies to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Become a market expert, know the customer needs and build brand strategies that communicate a compelling message to drive our vision.
  • Uncover new market opportunities, media channels, products and partnerships.
  • Develop and manage agency partners as they scale the marketing function.
  • Track results and refine accordingly based on ROI.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and the broader Roby Family of Companies marketing team to ensure Roby Services marketing initiatives align with overall company objectives while maintaining focus on the unique goals of the Roby Services division.
  • Collaborate with Nexstar Network peers, coaches, and resources to identify marketing best practices, industry trends, and growth opportunities, while adapting proven strategies to support the goals and objectives of Roby Services.
  • Leverage ServiceTitan reporting, marketing tools, and customer data to monitor campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, improve customer engagement, and support data-driven marketing decisions.
