About The Position

ProCare is seeking a motivated and energetic Marketing Associate to support the growth and community presence of our stand-alone emergency room in Cypress. We are looking for a self-motivated, proactive individual who is eager to build relationships, engage with the community, and assist with day-to-day marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, managing multiple projects, and representing a healthcare organization in a professional and positive manner. Previous marketing experience is a plus, but not required — we are willing to train the right candidate with the right attitude and work ethic.

Nice To Haves

Previous marketing experience

Responsibilities

Drive community engagement and build relationships with local businesses, schools, organizations, and healthcare providers
Coordinate and attend marketing events, community outreach programs, and networking activities
Assist with day-to-day marketing operations and promotional initiatives
Help manage marketing campaigns and track marketing budgets and expenses
Support social media efforts, including posting content and community interaction
Assist in creating marketing materials, presentations, and outreach communications
Maintain and update spreadsheets, reports, and marketing activity logs
Work collaboratively with leadership to identify growth opportunities and improve community visibility
Represent the company professionally within the community and at events
