About The Position

CoverForce is building the foundation for the next generation of commercial insurance. Our API connects wholesalers, MGAs, and brokerages to over 40 specialty carriers through a single integration. Our platform already powers some of the largest distributors in the country, and we are scaling rapidly by adding carriers, lines of business, and customers every quarter. We are backed by Insight Partners with approximately $18M raised.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years in marketing, growth, RevOps, or BDR roles at a startup, preferably B2B SaaS.
  • Demonstrated experience in building things from scratch, such as a workflow, campaign, tool, or side project.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to write short sentences, think clearly, and avoid fluff.
  • Comfortable with AI tools and prompt engineering, with experience using them in real workflows for research, enrichment, prototyping, or building agents.
  • Data-curious with a baseline understanding of spreadsheets; SQL is a plus.
  • A bias toward action, with the ability to move quickly from idea to live test.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in insurance, fintech, or vertical SaaS.
  • Experience building workflows in n8n, Zapier, Make, Clay, or similar platforms.
  • Light coding ability in Python, JavaScript, SQL, or a genuine willingness to learn.
  • Experience with cold email infrastructure (e.g., Instantly, Smartlead) or LinkedIn outreach tools (e.g., HeyReach).
  • Event marketing or field marketing experience.

Responsibilities

  • Run creative campaigns that get noticed, including executive gifting, hand-curated dinners, personalized outreach, and surprise-and-delight plays.
  • Own conference execution end-to-end, including building target lists, running pre-event outreach, coordinating dinners, chasing meetings, and managing post-event follow-up.
  • Build and optimize automation workflows across HubSpot, Slack, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to deliver the right message to the right person at the right moment.
  • Utilize AI tools for various tasks such as drafting copy, enriching contacts, building agents, prototyping internal tools, running research, and generating creative concepts.
  • Experiment and test various marketing elements like ad placements, subject lines, landing pages, list segments, and gifts, analyzing data to double down on successful strategies.
  • Optimize marketing efforts using data tracked in HubSpot and other databases to make future campaigns more effective.
