About The Position

At Storylink Creative, we believe stories build brands, and experiences bring those stories to life. As an experiential marketing agency serving the trade show and events industry, we partner with forward-thinking organizations to create immersive environments, compelling campaigns, and measurable results. Now, we’re looking for a Marketing Associate who can help us tell our story with clarity, creativity, and confidence. This isn’t an entry-level role. We’re seeking a marketing professional with at least three to five years of experience who is ready to take ownership of campaigns, drive measurable growth, and elevate our brand visibility. You’ll work closely with our Director of Strategy to develop and execute initiatives focused on three core goals: Lead Generation, Thought Leadership, and Brand Awareness. You’ll be both strategist and tactician — someone who can plan the campaign, assemble or build the assets, launch it, optimize it, and report on it.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of professional marketing experience
  • Demonstrated success running paid social campaigns
  • Deep familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Experience with Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms
  • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills
  • Solid project management capabilities
  • Analytical mindset with comfort interpreting marketing metrics
  • Confident, proactive, and self-directed
  • Strategic thinker who can also execute at a tactical level
  • Comfortable owning initiatives from concept to completion
  • Technically curious with experience or interest in leveraging AI and automation to improve marketing campaign performance

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the trade show, events, or experiential marketing industry preferred
  • Experience using ZoomInfo and NetSuite preferred

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid and organic social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram using data-driven strategies and AI-enhanced marketing tools
  • Optimize campaigns for conversions, engagement, and ROI through performance analysis, automation, and continuous testing
  • Develop retargeting strategies and lead-nurture funnels leveraging marketing automation and audience insights
  • Enhance SEO performance and monitor analytics to improve search visibility and campaign effectiveness
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics to refine strategy and identify growth opportunities
  • Own and elevate our presence across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Work with the Director of Strategy to create content calendars aligned with business goals
  • Engage with our audience and expand reach strategically
  • Supplement client teams with social assets, assistance, and strategy, as needed
  • Build and deploy email campaigns using Mailchimp (or similar platforms)
  • Support automated workflows and nurture campaigns
  • Assist with the creation of quarterly client e-newsletters
  • Leverage tools to identify prospects and support outbound initiatives
  • Maintain and enhance marketing lists and work with CRM coordinator to integrate with NetSuite
  • Write compelling blog posts, case studies, press releases, and marketing collateral that reflects our voice and industry authority
  • Create simple graphics for social and email using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Edit short-form video content for social platforms
  • Collaborate with designers, strategists, and account teams to ensure brand consistency across assets
  • Conduct industry- and client-specific research for preliminary strategy briefs, RFPs, post-event reports, etc.
  • Manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables independently
  • Coordinate and oversee cross-functional content meetings
  • Ensure campaigns launch on time and perform as expected
  • Track media mentions, reshare content, and establish relationships with industry press reps
