Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in professional services marketing or B2B marketing
  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field preferred
  • Experience using various business technologies including CRM products (Salesforce, Dynamics 365, HubSpot, etc.), reporting tools (PowerBI) and project management systems (Workfront)
  • Excellent project management skills and the flexibility to prioritize changing workloads
  • Proactive with strong organizational, writing and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Support business area marketing lead in the execution of the strategic marketing plans
  • Summarize key messaging and value that drives engagement to meet overall goals of the service line
  • Write or direct writing resources for email (inbound and drip) and direct mail campaigns aligned with events, tradeshows, referral/channel partners and integrated marketing strategies
  • Work with the Events team to support the execution of events and webinars from initial request through final deliverables
  • Leverage CRM to create and manage target lists, track campaign progress, and update key data points
  • Format and develop materials that are on brand and consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice
  • Work with tax marketing leader to coordinate digital marketing campaigns and posts (social, PPC, display, website inbound, emails, events, etc.) from initial request through final deliverable
  • Report on campaign and event results, and communicate overall marketing results to relevant team members and key stakeholders
  • Stay current with event, webinar, social and campaign best practices and promote the advancement of new ideas and innovation to both improve the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing efforts
