About The Position

The Bradford Group is a world leader in new product development, selling joy for over 50 years. Our global organization spans various divisions including jewelry, apparel, collectible coins, and home decor. We concept, create, design, and market products directly to customers and leverage entertainment and sports licenses. We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Associate to join The Bradford Group. This role operates in a fast-paced environment, utilizing both print and digital media channels to acquire and retain customers and manage client contact strategy. The position involves recommending media and product placements for business growth, managing assigned media channels, innovating within those channels, and researching/analyzing marketing results and opportunities. Collaboration with Product Development and Advertising for new product introductions and managing products throughout their lifecycle are key. The role requires ownership of assigned products, ability to work collaboratively, present findings, and generate reports. Leveraging emerging AI tools and automation technologies to streamline workflows and enhance marketing operations is also expected.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Finance, Statistics or related field
  • 0-2+ years of experience in a direct mail or direct response marketing position preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced skills in Excel
  • Familiarity with Power Automate and emerging AI-based technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and inquisitive nature
  • Proficient in math and/or statistics
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self starter with strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work in a deadline driven environment
  • Ability to prioritize workload and make adjustments as necessary
  • Ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Entrepreneurial personality

Responsibilities

  • Recommending media and product placements that will continue to successfully grow the business.
  • Manage assigned media channels and work to innovate within those channels to continually find more growth opportunities.
  • Research and analyze past marketing results for existing marketing channels, searching for new marketing channel opportunities.
  • Assisting in all stages of analyzing and executing the marketing plans.
  • Collaborate with Product Development and Advertising to bring new product introductions to market.
  • Manage products throughout the entirety of the product lifecycle – from conception to shipment.
  • Take ownership of assigned products and product forms across a variety of different affinities and featuring products licensed through some of the most recognizable brands around the world.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment and confidence to present findings and recommendations to all levels of the organization.
  • Generate reports to showcase marketing and product results which will be shared with varying members of the organization.
  • Leverage emerging AI tools and automation technologies to streamline workflows, enhance marketing operations, and identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
