About The Position

At the direction of Marketing & PR leadership, the Marketing Associate supports Springbrook Partners and its affiliates by planning and executing marketing content that aligns with Springbrook’s brand and communication goals. This role researches, crafts, and implements marketing campaigns and strategies that incorporate interesting and original content. The Marketing Associate maintains Springbrook Partner’s brand standards and nurtures and grows Springbrook Partner’s vibrant brand identity. This individual is a creative self-starter with strong writing, copy editing, and design skills who can handle a wide range of projects with speed and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a relevant work environment
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Knowledge of HTML and SEO
  • Experience with WordPress
  • Superior and proven writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Fluent in today’s technologies, terms, and mediums as they apply to writing, editing, and designing for various marketing activities
  • Flexible and creative, highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Able to remain focused, accurate, and organized even in stressful situations
  • Can work under strict deadlines and prioritize and manage multiple tasks and respond well to changing priorities
  • Must live within Springbrook’s 14-County Service Region
  • Meet the requirements to drive Springbrook vehicles as required

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Marketing & PR leadership to facilitate marketing functions for assigned marketing “affiliates,” including, but not limited to: online/social media campaigns and strategies, email marketing, internal/employee communications, recruitment marketing, event planning, and strategic planning activities;
  • Work closely with members of Springbrook Partner’s marketing team to brainstorm, curate, write, produce, or collect new and relevant content to execute Springbrook Partner and affiliate marketing functions;
  • Working with cross-departmental teams, coordinate marketing strategies to achieve various Springbrook Partner and affiliate goals (i.e. expanding email lists, increased online giving, increased employment applications);
  • Maintain excellent professional relationships with and regularly interact with Springbrook service recipients and employees to produce timely and engaging content and inform strategic marketing efforts;
  • Manage an online content strategy and calendar encompassing all aspects of affiliate’s online presence;
  • Under limited supervision, design and/or coordinate the development and design of a wide range of electronic and/or printed marketing materials;
  • Report and analyze marketing analytics to increase ROI;
  • Provide regular status reports to Director & Assistant of Marketing & PR regarding assigned projects;
  • Attend events for photography duties, when needed
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by Marketing & PR leadership.
