Marketing Associate – Education and Awareness As a Marketing Associate, Education and Awareness, you will support and execute digital marketing initiatives, social media strategy, content development, and campaign performance tracking. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing coordination or digital marketing role preferred
  • Hands-on experience with social media management, digital campaigns, and SEO
  • Proficiency with social media platforms, analytics tools, and CMS systems
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and paid advertising tools preferred
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Collaborative, self-motivated, competitive, and highly professional
  • High sense of urgency with the ability to meet deadlines and changing priorities
  • Receptiveness to performance feedback within a team environment is essential
  • Candidate must reside or relocate to Houston, TX

  • Experience in a professional services environment, highly complex consulting environment, or executive search firm is highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage integrated digital marketing campaigns across email, social, and web channels
  • Maintain campaign calendars and track KPIs including engagement, conversion, and ROI
  • Support email marketing efforts including segmentation, testing, and performance tracking
  • Develop, schedule, and publish content across major platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Monitor engagement, respond to interactions, and manage social media advertising campaigns
  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular social reporting
  • Support on-page and off-page SEO initiatives including keyword research and content optimization
  • Monitor website traffic, rankings, and performance using analytics tools
  • Create and manage content for social media, email, blogs, and website updates
  • Coordinate multiple marketing projects, timelines, and stakeholders using project management tools
  • Maintain digital assets and ensure brand consistency across all deliverables
  • Track and analyze campaign performance across channels
  • Prepare reports with insights and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness
