About The Position

The Marketing Associate will assist in executing performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid media, email, and website promotions. This role involves supporting updates and edits to the Shopify website, managing product launches and promotional campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency across digital platforms. The associate will work closely with creative and marketing teams, monitor website content for accuracy, and contribute to campaign reporting and A/B testing initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing connected fitness brand.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or eCommerce
  • Basic understanding of direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing and customer acquisition funnels
  • Experience working with Shopify (product updates, page edits, promotions)
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok)
  • Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing
  • Experience working with consumer, fitness, or wellness brands
  • Basic knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Shopify reporting
  • Eye for design and understanding of premium/luxury brand presentation

Responsibilities

  • Assist in executing performance marketing campaigns across paid media, email, and website promotions
  • Support updates and edits to the Shopify website, including product pages, landing pages, and promotional banners
  • Help manage and coordinate product launches and promotional campaigns on echelonfit.com
  • Work closely with creative and marketing teams to update digital assets and landing pages
  • Monitor website content to ensure promotions, messaging, and pricing are accurate and aligned with brand standards
  • Assist with campaign reporting, performance tracking, and data organization
  • Support A/B testing initiatives to improve website conversion rates and user experience
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and eCommerce teams on campaign execution
  • Contribute to maintaining a cohesive, premium brand presence across all digital channels
