About The Position

CharterUP is looking for a dynamic Marketing Associate who can both think strategically and execute relentlessly. This is not a passive coordination role. You will own initiatives end-to-end, move quickly, and proactively identify opportunities to elevate the CharterUP brand. You will operate across content, PR, campaigns, and executive visibility, partnering closely with leadership, design, and creative teams to turn strategy into consistent, high-impact output. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and takes pride in driving work from idea to execution without waiting for direction.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of industry experience in marketing, brand communications, or related fields managing multiple marketing project initiatives
  • Excellent writing and storytelling ability across multiple formats (blogs, newsletters, etc.) - please provide example links
  • Proven ability to independently own projects from concept through execution
  • Highly proficient with Google Analytics to tracking performance
  • Experience with event support and coordination
  • Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple projects and attention to detail
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities
  • Highly proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with B2B, technology, SaaS, or product marketing environments is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Drive execution of integrated marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, email, web, and paid channels
  • Own timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination
  • Ensure campaigns launch on time and at a high standard
  • Translate business priorities into compelling marketing initiatives and narratives
  • Event Support: researching relevant industry events to attend, assisting with marketing collateral development, general support across event preparation
  • Identify and drive opportunities that elevate the CharterUP brand and executive team
  • Support media outreach, speaking opportunities, podcast placements, and thought leadership initiatives
  • Draft and refine press pitches, talking points, and executive communications
  • Help position CharterUP leadership as industry voices within mobility, technology, and transportation
  • Build relationships with influencers, media contacts, and external partners
  • Contribute to development of blogs, newsletters, LinkedIn content, and brand storytelling
  • Coordinate research on white paper subjects
  • Support recurring content initiatives and executive visibility programs
  • Help create messaging that is clear, engaging, and aligned to business priorities
  • Partner closely with design, video, and leadership teams to bring campaigns and content to life
  • Coordinate freelancers, agencies, partners, and external vendors as needed
  • Keep projects moving with urgency and accountability
  • Use tools to track campaign and content performance metrics (e.g using Google Analytics)
  • Identify what is working and where improvements can be made
  • Continuously optimize execution, processes, and output quality
