About The Position

Responsible for customer service and accurate data entry. Will motivate repeat business to casino. The key factor to the player is “Service” and the Player's Club is designed to be a superior form of Guest service. Encourages use of the Player's Club Card and accurately records guest’s transactions/redemptions. Responsible for maintaining knowledge regarding the events/services in the Casino, assists with promotions as requested. Responsible for demonstrating courtesy, respect and sensitivity to the needs of every person, guests and co-workers. Maintains knowledge of all events in the property as a whole. Attends and/or facilitates all mandatory meetings and training. Maintains confidentiality at all times. Is sensitive to Native American Culture. Operates within the parameters of the Leech Lake Gaming Human Resource Policy, Departmental Policy Manual and all Tribal Internal Controls (TICs), and all other applicable regulations. Secures the assets of Leech Lake Gaming and the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate with guests effectively.
  • Ability to explain the advantages and benefits of the players club card.
  • Ability to accurately record data.
  • High School graduate or General Education Degree (GED).
  • Must meet Tribal/State compact licensing requirements.
  • Must pass criminal background check.
  • Must submit to drug testing.

Nice To Haves

  • Some experience in a guest service oriented position.

  • Enroll new members in the Player's Club.
