About The Position

Real Property Management Express is seeking a Marketing Associate to join their growing team. This role is for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys managing campaigns, coordinating moving parts, elevating a brand, and making things happen quickly and accurately. The Marketing Associate will help drive marketing execution across thousands of residential units while supporting a company culture built around ownership, teamwork, speed, and hospitality. The ideal candidate is highly organized, naturally proactive, creative under pressure, and energized by variety.

Requirements

  • Experience in marketing, social media, branding, or content creation
  • Strong written communication and editing skills
  • Graphic design experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, digital advertising, and marketing analytics
  • Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Wix, Appfolio, Meta Ads Manager, or similar platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
  • Sales experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Launch and manage marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
  • Ensure listings, flyers, signage, ads, and social content are accurate, polished, and on-brand.
  • Coordinate campaign rollouts with speed and attention to detail.
  • Maintain consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Create and schedule engaging social content.
  • Monitor responses, reviews, and engagement analytics.
  • Support resident engagement campaigns and property events.
  • Help grow visibility and brand presence across multiple communities.
  • Execute onboarding for new properties.
  • Set up Apartments.com listings, social pages, and marketing tools.
  • Upload and organize photos, videos, and 3D tours.
  • Keep marketing systems current and accurate.
  • Design brochures, graphics, signage, presentations, and digital assets.
  • Craft compelling messaging that aligns with our brand voice.
  • Continuously improve marketing materials based on performance data.
  • Collaborate across departments to support property-specific goals.
  • Maintain lead tracking and campaign reporting.
  • Identify performance trends and highlight opportunities for improvement.
  • Support marketing analysis with accurate and organized data.
