About The Position

We’re looking for a Marketing Associate to support the execution of marketing initiatives across campaigns, content, and go-to-market activities. This role is well-suited to someone who is eager to learn, thrives in a collaborative environment, and wants to build hands-on experience across multiple marketing disciplines. You’ll work closely with experienced marketers, contributing to campaigns that drive awareness, demand, and growth for WebPros brands — while developing your skills in a fully remote, async-first environment.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a marketing role (internship or full-time), ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment
  • Strong written communication skills — you can simplify complex topics and write clearly for different audiences
  • Comfortable working in a remote, async-first environment with a high degree of autonomy
  • Organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines without losing quality
  • Collaborative mindset — you enjoy working across teams and are comfortable with ambiguity

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g. HubSpot, Canva, Google Analytics, CMS platforms)
  • Exposure to B2B SaaS, hosting, infrastructure, or technology products
  • Experience supporting content creation, campaign coordination, or event logistics
  • Basic understanding of demand generation or go-to-market concepts

Responsibilities

  • Support go-to-market launches end to end - coordinate timelines, chase assets, align stakeholders, and ensure consistent messaging lands across all channels when new features or products go live.
  • Execute demand generation campaigns alongside Growth and Content teams - producing and distributing campaign materials across the website, email, and social channels.
  • Work closely with Design, Digital, and Dev teams to ensure deliverables are briefed correctly, tracked, and delivered on time.
  • Keep sales and partner enablement materials - battlecards, one-pagers, FAQs, product sheets up to date and accurate so teams always have what they need.
  • Brief and coordinate with the Creative team on asset production, acting as the day-to-day point of contact to keep projects moving.
  • Maintain organised, accessible documentation, templates, and shared resources so the wider team can find and reuse materials with ease.
  • Apply established positioning and messaging frameworks to ensure all outbound content and collateral stays on-brand and on-message for the relevant audience.
  • Review campaign and asset outputs for brand consistency before they go live - flagging misalignments and working with the Brand Manager to resolve them.
  • Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and customer feedback on an ongoing basis.
  • Produce concise, actionable summaries that help the Brand Manager and wider team make informed decisions quickly.
  • Liaise between Marketing, Product, Sales, Digital, and Creative teams to keep projects on track and ensure nothing falls through the gaps.
  • Own task tracking for brand initiatives - maintaining visibility on what’s in progress, what’s pending, and what’s at risk.
  • Be the connective tissue that turns strategy into action - picking up briefs, coordinating inputs, and driving towards delivery.
