About The Position

The Junior Marketing Associate is responsible for supporting the planning and execution of marketing initiatives at Medivant Healthcare across events, digital platforms, and brand campaigns. This role plays a key part in enhancing brand visibility, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring seamless execution of marketing activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position requires strong organizational skills, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to manage multiple marketing activities effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or a related role.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, and CMS tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical marketing.
  • Exposure to brand management, event marketing, or digital campaign execution.
  • Experience working with external vendors or marketing agencies.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute marketing events, including trade shows, internal activations, and promotional campaigns.
  • Manage event logistics, vendor coordination, and on-ground execution to ensure successful delivery.
  • Track post-event deliverables such as collateral usage, lead generation, and feedback analysis.
  • Support rollout of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and event channels.
  • Assist in implementing brand strategies to improve visibility and market positioning.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Support development, review, and updates of marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, and digital assets.
  • Maintain and regularly update digital catalogs with the latest product and brand information.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies for content creation and campaign execution.
  • Prepare and maintain marketing performance dashboards using tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.
  • Track and analyze engagement metrics and provide recommendations to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Assist in tracking marketing budgets, monitoring expenses, and ensuring cost-effective execution of campaigns.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
