What you will be doing in this role: The Marketing Associate, Partnerships reports to the Director, Marketing Partnerships and is responsible for the day-to-day management, activation, and optimization of strategic partnerships that advance organizational, brand, and community engagement objectives. This role serves as a primary relationship manager for key sports, community, and healthcare partnerships while coordinating cross-functional efforts to ensure partnership commitments are fulfilled and activation opportunities are maximized. Working closely with the Director, Marketing Partnerships, as well as leaders across Marketing & Communications, Community Engagement, the Health Sciences University, the Medical Network, and external partner organizations, the Marketing Associate will support the execution of integrated partnership strategies, strengthen community engagement efforts, and help maximize the value of the organization's sponsorship and partnership portfolio. The role will play a key part in activating high-profile partnerships, supporting Team USA and LA28 initiatives, and fostering meaningful connections that elevate brand visibility and community impact across the Los Angeles region.
