About The Position

Medpace is seeking a full-time Marketing Technology & CRM Associate to join our team. The Medpace Marketing Analytics team fuels our data–driven business development culture. We provide market and customer insights to support smarter marketing campaign strategy, efficient business development activity, and improved new business outcomes. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the operation and enhancement of our Business Development and Marketing technology stack to help drive the company’s continued growth as a top global Clinical Research Organization. This role is office-based at our corporate headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, business analytics or related field required;
  • Experience with Marketing technologies such as CRM and Marketing Automation platforms via internship and/or coursework required.
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) proficiency required;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required;
  • Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, organizational and project management skills required.

  • Salesforce and HubSpot knowledge and experience preferred;

Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day administration of Salesforce and HubSpot, including tasks such as user setup, permissions, list management, and routine configuration under the guidance of experienced team members.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards that support the sales and marketing teams
  • Analyze sales and marketing data, summarize findings, and identify practical opportunities to improve user adoption, data quality, and process efficiency.
  • Support the marketing technology stack, including lead capture and routing, landing pages, email segmenting, sales enablement, consent management, and tracking analytics.
  • Help document system processes, field definitions, user instructions, change requests, and test results.
  • Provide user support, troubleshoot error messages, and contribute to user training materials and sessions.
  • Assist with user acceptance testing, release validation, and implementation checks to confirm that updates work as intended.
  • Build and support basic automations and validation rules under the guidance of senior administrators to streamline sales and marketing processes.
  • Monitor and maintain CRM data quality (for example, correcting duplicates and incomplete records)
