About The Position

As our Marketing Associate - Affiliate marketing for one of our key insurance partnerships, you will be responsible for managing the existing affiliate network as well as onboarding new affiliates into the network. You’ll manage the day-to-day relationship with affiliates in German and English. This is a flexible, mini-job role (around ~5 hours/week) on a one-year contract. This position offers hands-on ownership of an established partnership within our marketing team - a great fit if you like working independently and delivering steady, dependable results.

Requirements

Some experience in affiliate marketing, partnership management, or a similar relationship-focused role.
Comfortable maintaining relationships day-to-day over email, calls, and video calls.
Comfortable using everyday software tools (Slack, Notion, Google Suite, and similar) and can pick up new tools quickly.
Takes initiative and can manage own workload independently, without needing close supervision once settled in.
Fluent in German and English.

Responsibilities

Manage our existing affiliate network for this partnership, in German and English, acting as the main point of contact for day-to-day questions and onboarding new affiliates as they join.
Build and maintain strong relationships with our affiliates to keep the partnership running smoothly.
Monitor affiliate performance and flag issues early, sharing clear, simple reporting with the team.
Use good judgment to know when to handle something directly versus when to escalate without needing close supervision.
Handle commission payments, as well as regular financial reporting and reconciliation for the partnership, keeping records accurate and up to date.
