Marketing Assistant Part-time

We have a great opportunity for a candidate that is detail oriented and can multitask to support our Marketing department as our Marketing Assistant. This is a part-time position with potential to move into a full-time position.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multi-task effectively
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Effective in Microsoft Office
- Responsive and proactive work style
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to lift 15-30 pounds at times
- May need to travel locally
Responsibilities
- Prepare and pack trade show materials, including collecting and organizing dies, foil, and other show-specific equipment for each event
- Coordinate product ordering and manage inventory levels to ensure trade show needs are met on schedule
- Track shipping, receiving, and return logistics for trade show materials
- Support marketing projects and administrative tasks as needed
