About The Position

The Marketing Assistant works with operations groups and project managers through senior vice presidents on pursuits to secure work. The role participates in all stages of a pursuit, from strategy through proposal preparation and presentations, in a deadline-driven environment. Sporadic travel is required, generally for one to three days at a time.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications.
• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office 365—including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel—and company opportunity management software.
• Willingness to travel sporadically, generally for one to three days at a time.

Nice To Haves

• Extensive knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with operations to determine the best strategy for responding to RFQs and RFPs.
• Develop proposal materials, including firm profiles, resumes, and project sheets.
• Edit content for quality, accuracy, and readability.
• Transform text-heavy narratives into visual or graphical responses.
• Prepare teams for client presentations.
• Perform market research.
