About The Position
D.R. Horton, Inc., the largest homebuilder in the U.S., was founded in 1978 and is a publicly traded company on the New York Stock Exchange. It is engaged in the construction and sale of high-quality homes designed principally for the entry-level and first time move-up markets. The Company also provides mortgage financing and title services for homebuyers through its mortgage and title subsidiaries. D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Marketing Assistant for their Sales and Marketing Department. The right candidate will support the Marketing Department and assist with marketing tasks through graphic design, website management, and digital content creation.
Requirements
- Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two to three years' experience in administrative, marketing, or related support roles.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop at an advanced level.
- Strong computer skills are required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new programs/systems quickly is essential.
- Must have a vehicle, a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel.
Responsibilities
- Update digital information on community websites
- Design and create layouts, concepts and marketing materials
- Ensure community data is accurate and timely
- Support digital marketing initiatives for communities and sales
