About The Position

This position is located at Yuma Proving Grounds, AZ. Refusal of a military spouse to participate in established recruitment procedures is considered a declination of employment and is a basis for termination of SEP entitlement for the current PCS of the sponsor. Requirements

• Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
• Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
• A one-year probationary period may be required.
• Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
• Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2 to include a Tier 1 background investigation.
• Physical examination required.
• Must be able to carry and lift 40lbs.
• Resumes must be two pages (or less).
• Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position.
• Knowledge of general business, marketing, advertising, merchandising and public relations practices, methods and processes.
• The above minimum qualifications must be described within the duties of previous work experience listed on the applicant's resume and/or supporting documents.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the development and implementation of effective marketing plans that support organizational goals, increase customer awareness, and drive program participation.
• Contributes to comprehensive publicity, promotional, sales, and merchandising strategies tailored to target audiences and local market conditions.
• Helps coordinate integrated marketing campaigns across print, digital, broadcast, and on-site channels to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
• Provides recommendations on media layouts, advertising copy, photography, graphic design, print materials, and broadcast releases to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Reviews marketing results and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and support future planning efforts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
