The Role: Marketing Assistant We’re seeking a Marketing Assistant to support Clark’s marketing and outreach efforts. In this fully onsite position, you will play a key role in the execution and optimization of campaigns, content, and communication strategies. Working closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Product teams, you'll help ensure Clark’s message reaches the right audiences with impact and clarity.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field, ideally in B2B technology or SaaS
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, fully onsite environment
• Resourceful and eager to learn new tools and systems
• Team player with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Nice To Haves

• Experience in high-growth startups or enterprise technology
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools
• Exposure to the AI or SaaS sector

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Research and identify potential markets and customer segments
• Support the development of content for digital, print, and event initiatives
• Coordinate logistics for marketing events and internal projects
• Analyze campaign results and provide insights for ongoing improvement
• Maintain and update marketing databases and CRM systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging and goals
• Represent Clark in select external engagements or industry events
