Marketing Assistant - Healthcare
About The Position
99 Healthcare Management is a Dallas-based physician practice management company that supports independent healthcare providers across multiple specialties. Our marketing team partners with physician practices to build strong brands, engage patients, and support practice growth. We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Marketing Assistant who is eager to gain hands-on experience in graphic design, digital marketing, social media, branding, website management, and event marketing while working alongside an experienced healthcare marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career marketing professional who enjoys variety, loves bringing ideas to life, and wants to make a meaningful impact in healthcare.
Requirements
- An Associate's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- One to two years of marketing experience, including internships
- Strong graphic design and content creation skills
- Experience with social media and digital marketing
- Excellent written, verbal, and proofreading skills
- The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design software
- Reliable transportation, a valid Texas driver's license, and the ability to travel throughout the DFW area
Nice To Haves
- Experience with website management, SEO, or Google Analytics is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist with print, digital, and social media marketing campaigns
- Design brochures, advertisements, presentations, social media graphics, signage, and promotional materials
- Create engaging content while maintaining brand consistency
- Update website content and assist with SEO optimization
- Monitor marketing performance and prepare campaign reports
- Support promotional events and field marketing activities throughout the DFW area
- Collect and analyze referral and marketing data
- Coordinate meetings, marketing materials, and department projects
- Assist multiple physician practices with marketing initiatives
- Support day-to-day operations within the marketing department
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
