Responsibilities

Coordinate marketing materials, promotional items, inventory, and office requests across all company locations
Manage business card orders and tracking
Create and maintain digital email signatures
Organize and maintain digital marketing files, brand assets, and materials
Assist with event logistics, sponsorships, and community outreach efforts
Support the Content Creator by coordinating photo and video requests with providers and staff
Help ensure brand consistency across print and digital platforms
Assist in creating basic graphics, flyers, presentations, and internal communications
Support internal announcements, promotions, and employee engagement campaigns
Assist with additional day-to-day marketing tasks as needed
