We are looking to add a skilled, motivated marketing administrative assistant to our collegiate team in Cochran, GA. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years experience in an administrative or marketing role
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information.
  • Excellent creative and design skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate clear understanding of marketing principles.
  • Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Quark.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience marketing in the foodservice industry.
  • Associates or bachelors in business or marketing

Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming calls, screening and directing calls to appropriate contact or voicemail.
  • Greeting and assisting visitors.
  • Handling administrative tasks related to internal meetings and events, including managing internal conference and training room bookings, food and beverage arrangements, and ensuring cleanliness.
  • Handles administrative tasks related to external meetings and events, including sourcing external meeting spaces, contract negotiations, and arranging food and beverages.
  • Other tasks as needed.
  • Designing printed materials, promotions, packaging, and other special projects.
  • Coordinating the creation and production of sales, marketing, and packaging materials.
  • Working with internal staff, vendors, and customers to complete promotional programs.
  • Providing creative support to business dining accounts.
