About The Position

Pharma Source Direct is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support strategic marketing initiatives in the pharmaceutical compounding wholesale space. The role focuses on compliant B2B communication, content development, and customer-focused messaging in a regulated environment. The position is hourly, on site, and full time, with a stated schedule of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The starting wage is $24–$26 per hour.

Requirements

• Strong written communication skills and high attention to detail.
• Understanding of LinkedIn and core digital marketing principles.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
• Genuine interest in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry and regulatory standards.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with MailerLite, HubSpot, Canva, or Adobe Creative Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Manage LinkedIn and other B2B channels by drafting content, scheduling posts, and tracking performance metrics.
• Develop compliant content for email campaigns, websites, and sales materials in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Support targeted email marketing deployment and analyze campaign performance.
• Coordinate industry tradeshow logistics, including inventory management, pre-show outreach, and post-show follow-ups.
• Assist with website administration, SEO efforts, and customer account management while ensuring regulatory compliance.
