About The Position

Spread Group is a global provider of customized apparel and lifestyle products, using made-to-order technology. They are looking for a Marketing Assistant or Working Student for their TeamShirts segment in Poland. This is a fixed-term position for 3-6 months, with a workload of 10-20 hours per week. The role involves supporting marketing activities in the Polish market, gaining hands-on experience in online marketing disciplines, and contributing to market growth and customer acquisition.

Requirements

Native-level proficiency in Polish.
Strong understanding of your local market, culture, and consumer behavior.
Good English or German skills for internal communication.
Interest in online marketing, digital trends, and customer acquisition.
Creative mindset with an affinity for content creation and communication.
Attention to detail and a high standard for language quality.

Nice To Haves

First experience with online marketing, content creation, or digital advertising.
Experience with content management systems or website editing.

Responsibilities

Analyze local markets, customer segments, competitors, and pricing landscapes.
Support keyword research for search engines and emerging AI-driven search experiences.
Proofread website content and marketing materials to ensure linguistic and cultural accuracy.
Create and optimize content for local audiences.
Translate website content, campaigns, and marketing assets.
Support the setup and optimization of campaigns across different digital marketing channels.
Collaborate with marketing stakeholders on local growth initiatives and content projects.
