About The Position

The company focuses on producing items on demand, combining sustainability with personalization. This role is for the TeamShirts segment, specifically targeting the Irish market. The position is offered as a fixed-term contract of 3-6 months with a workload of 10-20 hours per week, aimed at driving business growth and customer acquisition in Ireland.
Requirements
- Native-level proficiency in English (Ireland market).
- Strong understanding of your local market, culture, and consumer behavior.
- Interest in online marketing, digital trends, and customer acquisition.
- Creative mindset with an affinity for content creation and communication.
- Attention to detail and a high standard for language quality.

- First experience with online marketing, content creation, or digital advertising.
- Experience with content management systems or website editing.
Responsibilities
- Analyze local markets, customer segments, competitors, and pricing landscapes.
- Support keyword research for search engines and emerging AI-driven search experiences.
- Proofread website content and marketing materials to ensure linguistic and cultural accuracy.
- Create and optimize content for local audiences.
- Translate website content, campaigns, and marketing assets.
- Support the setup and optimization of campaigns across different digital marketing channels.
- Collaborate with marketing stakeholders on local growth initiatives and content projects.
