Position Summary The Marketing Assistant, Marketing Operations – North America Displays is an entry level position that will assist the Marketing Operations manager with standard and customer-specific displays, setting up the displays in the system and managing each display project to completion.

Requirements

  • BA/BS preferred (4-year degree)
  • 1-2 years of related experience, preferably Marketing
  • Very strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Knowledge of the North America retail landscape

Nice To Haves

  • SAP/MDG, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency strongly preferred.
  • Consumer packaged goods experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manages display requests from Commercial Sales team through the workflow tool.
  • Responsible for new display set up within system (initiation to project completion)
  • Own creation, processing, and reconciliation of POs for the team
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to project manage the execution of standard and customer-specific displays, inclusive of but not limited to display costing and delivery timeline management.
  • Lead, manage, track, and reconcile POs for the entire team.
  • Assist with evaluating display portfolio each year and making recommendations for discontinuations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
