About The Position

Security Guard Solutions, Inc. is hiring a high-performing Marketing and Sales Representative for Security Services to help expand our client base and bring in new commercial accounts. This role is for someone who understands how to operate, build trust, and close business security. You will represent a professional security company offering armed guards, unarmed guards, patrol services, fire watch, construction site security, retail security, and custom protection solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven in B2B sales, account growth, or business development
  • Confident speaking with business owners, managers, and executives
  • Hungry, competitive, and motivated by commission
  • Organized with follow-up and pipeline management
  • Sharp, professional, and dependable
  • Able to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-moving environment

Responsibilities

  • Prospect new business through calls, email, networking, and in-person outreach
  • Build relationships with property managers, construction firms, warehouses, HOAs, retail centers, hotels, and commercial clients
  • Set meetings and present service proposals
  • Prepare quotes and close contracts
  • Maintain follow-up pipeline and track opportunities
  • Work directly with leadership on growth strategy
  • Help expand market presence in key territories
