We are looking for an early-career marketer who can diligently maintain our CRM and its integrations, while supporting the company’s marketing needs and sales outreach. As a member of a small but scrappy marketing team, you will work closely with the product and sales teams to understand our unique value propositions. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you’ll support a wide range of promotional tasks, like: optimizing paid ads, researching target buyers, producing content for product launches, and helping run events. Most importantly, you’ll ensure that contacts and activities are accounted for in HubSpot, which serves as the foundation for our data-driven work and long-term business relationships. You'll keep it running every day: uploading, compiling reports, configuring, fixing what breaks, building what's missing. The position requires a combination of curiosity, creativity, persistence, and strong communication skills. You’ll become our expert on new tools, help enrich the entire customer journey, and work alongside an experienced, high-performing team. This is a hands-on role at a company where you can gain valuable experience. The Company is leveraging AI across all functions, and you will be expected to integrate modern AI tools (e.g. Claude) into your day-to-day work.
