Requirements

  • Previous experience in outside sales, account management, business development, customer success, or relationship management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule and priorities
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Comfortable meeting new people and developing long-term business relationships

Nice To Haves

  • Automotive experience is a plus but not required
  • Knowledge of the Las Vegas market is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with referral partners, dealerships, insurance professionals, fleet accounts, businesses, and community organizations
  • Develop new business opportunities while growing existing accounts
  • Represent Kaizen Collision Center throughout the Las Vegas market
  • Visit existing and prospective partners on a regular schedule
  • Attend networking events, community functions, and occasional weekend events
  • Collaborate with local shop leadership to ensure an outstanding customer experience
  • Track activity, manage your territory, and help drive continued market growth
