EEO/AA JOB SUMMARY: The Marketing and Retention Manager is responsible for leading recruitment, marketing, and participant retention efforts for the New Settlement YouthBuild program. This includes developing and executing digital and in-person outreach strategies, building brand visibility, engaging with prospective participants and community partners, and ensuring consistent engagement and follow-up with current and former students. The ideal candidate will be creative, organized, tech-savvy, and skilled at both relationship-building and project management.
