Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2 years’ experience in operations, marketing, or project support preferred
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems as needed
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable prioritizing tasks and working independently

Responsibilities

  • Proactive oversight of day-to-day operations of internal systems, ensuring reliability and efficiency
  • Support Sales Team Leader and Owners with coordination and administrative processes, including internal and external communications
  • Champion travel and event logistics, including booking team travel, internal/external events, client trainings, and catering
  • Maintain accurate documentation to support informed leadership decision-making, including financial records
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, boost team efficiency, and enhance outward-facing communications
  • Head up internal and external communications supporting Sales Team initiatives, including newsletters, digital content, and email campaign support
  • Design and update physical and client-facing materials including banners, brochures, and all branded materials
  • Ensure website and all team templates reflect unified branding
