- Ability to travel and work extended hours during event weeks, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site product sampling
- Represent the brand in a professional, engaging way during events
- Support execution of mobile activations, including maintaining vehicles and equipment readiness
- Pick, pack, and prepare product for events, customer orders, and internal needs
- Maintain organized warehouse space and assist with inventory tracking
- Support loading/unloading and general logistics for the Operations team
- Assist with day-to-day marketing tasks, including coordination of materials and assets
- Support basic administrative needs across teams (data entry, organization, follow-ups)
- Help with event preparation, recaps, and internal coordination
- All other duties assigned
