About The Position

The Marketing & Growth Assistant plays an important role in the day-to-day execution of Maner Costerisan’s marketing and growth efforts. Working closely with marketing leadership and team members across the firm, this role will help create and update marketing materials, support growth opportunities, conduct research, assist with the execution of campaigns and webinars, and keep projects and resources organized. This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to work across many areas of marketing while learning more about the firm, our clients and the industries we serve. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, curious, tech-savvy and detail-oriented. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who enjoys getting things done, is willing to jump in and wants to continue learning and growing.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business or a related field preferred.
0–2 years of experience in marketing, communications or a related area.
Relevant internship experience is welcomed.
General understanding of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing and social media.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills.
Ability to research, organize and communicate information clearly.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
Proactive and reliable, with a willingness to take ownership of assigned work.
Curious, resourceful and eager to learn.
Comfortable working independently and collaborating with team members across the firm.
Willingness to jump in, ask questions and help wherever needed.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
Comfortable learning and using new marketing and technology tools.

Nice To Haves

Experience with marketing, design or content management platforms is a plus.
Familiarity with HubSpot, Monday.com, Canva, WordPress and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support marketing and growth initiatives through proposals, presentations, collateral, graphics and other creative materials.
Help team members prepare for growth opportunities by coordinating prospect research, prepping meeting materials, and other relevant resources.
Pull together opportunity-specific materials for prospect meetings and proposals, ensuring team members have the right information and resources at the right time.
Keep marketing resources current, organized and on-brand, including templates, bios, headshots, proposal materials and other assets.
Conduct prospect, industry and market research to support firm and growth initiatives.
Coordinate print materials, promotional items and giveaways, including production and inventory.
Write, edit and proof website content, team bios, emails and other marketing communications.
Keep Marketing content current across the firm’s website, SharePoint and other digital platforms.
Create and update graphics using Canva and other marketing tools.
Serve as a second set of eyes to help ensure marketing materials are accurate, consistent and on-brand.
Support marketing campaigns and webinars from setup through follow-up, including registration, materials, communications and other execution needs.
Create and maintain targeted HubSpot lists for campaigns, webinars, events and growth initiatives.
Assist with email execution, including list preparation, testing and basic contact updates.
Support client feedback and survey initiatives, including coordination, reporting and organization of results.
Organize client testimonials, feedback and other proof points for use across marketing and growth efforts.
Use Monday.com to manage assigned projects, tasks and deadlines and help keep work moving forward.
Maintain organized marketing files, templates and resources so information is current and easy to find.
Support event preparation and execution as needed.
Work with marketing team members and outside partners to help keep assigned projects and deliverables on schedule.
Jump in on other marketing projects and priorities as needs and opportunities develop.
