About The Position

Blevins Marketing is seeking a Marketing Associate with strong graphic design experience for their Corporate office in Nashville, TN. This role will be responsible for owning the design work, particularly product catalogs, while also supporting broader marketing efforts such as email, social media, and tradeshows. Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, graphic design, or a related role
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Strong portfolio of print and digital work (required for consideration)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and print production
• Experience with Canva, Figma, email platforms (Mailchimp), social media tools, and WordPress
• Experience using AI tools in design or marketing workflows
• Strong writing, organization, and communication skills, with openness to feedback and revision

Nice To Haves

• Motion graphics
• Tradeshow experience

Responsibilities

• Own graphic design across print and digital deliverables, including collateral, presentations, signage, and digital, email, and social assets.
• Lead the design, production, and updates of product catalogs, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Organize and maintain digital assets within the company's DAM platform.
• Use AI tools to streamline design and production workflows and increase efficiency.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
• Assist in creating and scheduling email and social media campaigns and help track results.
• Support tradeshow management, including logistics, booth materials, and graphics.
• Provide marketing administrative support and assist marketing management with projects beyond graphic design.
• Partner with Sales, Product, vendors, and printers while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
