About The Position

Trump Winery is seeking a creative, organized, and detailed-driven Marketing & Events Coordinator to support marketing initiatives and event execution across Trump Winery, Trump Cidery, Albemarle Estate, and related properties. This role blends hands-on marketing work with event planning, content creation, and cross-department collaboration to deliver exceptional guest experiences and on-brand campaigns. Requirements

College degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or similar field preferred or equivalent industry experience
Proven track record of facilitating successful group events
Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills
Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds, stand on feet for 8+ hours
Must pass a background check and possess a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Execute marketing campaigns across all social media platforms
Create and edit compelling content including photos, videos, and graphics
Manage social media engagement by responding to comments, messages, reviews, and interactions
Build and deploy email marketing campaigns
Monitor industry trends and analyze performance metrics
Develop creative concepts and maintain calendar for internal events
Plan and execute wine club pickup parties, including communications, vendor coordination, and day-of management
Create event planning documents such as Event At-a-Glance summaries, timelines, supplies lists, etc.
Source and coordinate vendors, entertainment, rentals, and decor
Support all event-day operations including setup, vendor arrivals, guest assistance, troubleshooting, breakdown, and storage
Ensure all guests receive a consistent, high quality experience
