The Marketing & Communications Specialist supports the VP of Sales by developing and executing marketing and communication initiatives that promote the company’s services, strengthen brand awareness, and support business growth. This role focuses heavily on client and prospect communication, including newsletters, drip campaigns, and targeted email marketing designed to educate boards, inform homeowners, and nurture prospective client relationships. The Marketing & Communications Specialist also helps coordinate marketing campaigns, maintain marketing calendars, support sales presentations and materials, and ensure all communications reflect the company’s brand voice and standards.
