About The Position

This role collaborates with Internal Communications, External Communications, and Creative teams to ensure project resources, objectives, and outcomes are clearly defined, organized, and successfully delivered. The Project Manager will gain alignment on project objectives, scope, timing, and resources, and ensure processes are documented or updated. They will schedule, manage, and lead project meetings, meeting with project or event leads regularly. The role involves providing regular updates on project status, risks, and milestones, and meeting with department leadership to assess team capacity, tools, processes, and performance, providing visibility to project progress, obstacles, and challenges.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related discipline; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Three years of project management experience.

Nice To Haves

PMP or equivalent certification preferred but not required if candidate has deep and varied experience.
Events project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities
