Marketing and Communications Manager

NIC GlobalGallatin, TN
$0 - $90,000

About The Position

NIC Global Manufacturing Solutions is a precision manufacturing company serving Tier 1 customers in heavy-duty truck, electric power distribution, and medical imaging. Our five-plant footprint — spanning Tennessee, Washington, Ohio, and Texas — combined with a Pullman, WA warehouse, gives us the geographic reach and technical capability to support demanding OEM partners across multiple high-value sectors. Privately held and led by an active ownership team, NIC is in a focused growth phase: expanding capacity, modernizing operations, and building the leadership bench to support the next stage of the business. This role is being created to give that growth story a voice — internally to our workforce and externally to the markets we serve. The Marketing and Communications Manager is a new role reporting directly to the CEO. We are looking for one strong, versatile generalist who can build NIC's external brand presence, drive consistent internal communications across our multi-site organization, and own the planning and execution of executive-level events — including management offsites, customer outings, and plant tours. This is a first-in-seat opportunity for a builder. The right candidate will combine strong writing and communications judgment with the project management chops to run a high-quality event end-to-end.
