The Marketing and Communications Manager leads the development and execution of United Way of Greater Charlotte's (UWGC) integrated marketing strategy, with full accountability for brand stewardship, omnichannel marketing campaign performance, media relations, and departmental results. This is an individual contributor and team leadership role requiring demonstrated experience owning marketing strategy, managing people or vendors, and presenting data-driven recommendations to executive leadership. The role reports directly to the Chief of Philanthropy Officer and collaborates across the organization to advance UWGC's mission and community visibility.
