About The Position

Veterans Inc., the largest provider of supportive services to Veterans and their families in New England, is seeking to fill the Marketing and Communications Manager position. Under the general direction of the Director of Fund Development, this role directs the communications strategy for a $30M+ nonprofit dedicated to supporting veterans and their family members. Based on-site at the Worcester, MA, headquarters, this role requires a strategic storyteller and relationship builder who can amplify the mission, cultivate key press partnerships, and elevate the brand presence across diverse regional landscapes across New England, Montana, and North Dakota, amplifying localized efforts into a unified, high-impact national message.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Non-Profit Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5+ years of experience, ideally within a non-profit organization or a social impact agency.

  • Master's Degree preferred.
