Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, a related area, or equivalency.
  • One year of related experience.
  • Demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills.
  • Knowledge of all phases of production, such as types of paper, typesetting, printing, design, direct mail, and advertising concepts.
  • The incumbent has the authority to assist clients in deciding whether to place ads in various media and whether the media fits their target audience.
  • Ability to make decisions on last minute catalog changes with clients and decides and shoots videos for production of various projects.
  • Ability to produce professional video camera work for public service announcements.
  • Skilled at purchasing advertising space and participating in national award-winning contests.

Responsibilities

  • Manages social media presence across platforms by creating, scheduling, and publishing content; monitors engagement and analytics to optimize performance and audience reach.
  • Tracks and analyzes marketing performance metrics across campaigns and channels; prepares reports to inform strategy and optimize ROI.
  • Maintains brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications in alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborates with internal teams and external partners to align marketing efforts with organizational goals.
  • Develops and produces written communication materials such as newsletters, brochures, and internal/external messaging.
  • Provides support for website content updates and maintenance, which may include editing text, uploading media, and ensuring content accuracy and alignment with brand standards.
  • May be responsible for overseeing Accounts Payable and Receivable functions to ensure accurate client billing and timely vendor payments.
  • May supports market research initiatives, including survey design, data collection, and analysis for strategic insights.
  • Contributes to the coordination of promotional campaigns by selecting and ordering branded materials, and managing the design, production, and distribution of marketing collateral.
