The Marketing & Communications Coordinator is responsible for researching, drafting, coordinating, tracking, and executing marketing and communications projects for GRO Community and all subsidiary entities. This role supports the communications, marketing, website, and content needs of the organization. Responsibilities include content research and development, website management, SEO support, project coordination, marketing material creation, and communications execution. The Marketing & Communications Coordinator is expected to conduct research, identify communication needs, recommend solutions, and execute assigned projects under the direction of the Director of Strategic Communications. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, meeting deadlines, and following established workflows and approval processes.
