We are seeking a skilled Marketing and Communications Assistant to join our growing Marketing team! The Marketing and Communications Assistant will support our team in marketing efforts across branding, digital content, internal communications, and event coordination. This role is ideal for a dynamic individual with strong design skills, excellent writing ability, and strong organization skills. This role offers the opportunity to contribute across multiple areas of marketing while working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • 1 – 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Graphic design tools, including Canva and the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.
  • Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design, creation, and distribution of marketing materials, including social media content, newsletters, and marketing collateral.
  • Help organize and promote industry events and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and draft company-wide communications.
  • Conduct and maintain competitor analysis.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team as required.
