The mission of Communities Foundation of Texas (CFT) is to improve the lives of all people in our community by investing in their health, wealth, living, and learning. CFT works to accomplish this by growing community giving and expanding community impact. With a vision of building thriving communities for all, CFT works locally and across the state with many individuals, families, companies, foundations, and nonprofits through a variety of charitable funds and strategic grantmaking initiatives. CFT professionally manages more than 1,300 charitable funds and has awarded nearly $3 billion in grants since its founding in 1953. The Marketing and Communications Assistant role plays an important part in executing strategies that increase awareness, engagement, and impact for Communities Foundation of Texas. This role provides day-to-day support across digital marketing, website management, events, and project coordination—helping bring campaigns and initiatives to life while ensuring strong organization, accurate data management, and consistent execution across platforms. The Assistant collaborates with teams across the foundation and contributes to both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations that keep marketing efforts running smoothly.
