Our client, a growing multi-family office serving ultra-high-net-worth families, entrepreneurs, and business owners, is seeking a Marketing & Client Experience Manager to support the continued expansion of its brand and client experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and enjoys balancing creativity with execution. You'll have the opportunity to own a wide variety of initiatives—from client events and digital marketing to content creation and marketing technology—while helping shape the firm's overall marketing strategy. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
4-7 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or brand-focused role
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
Strong written communication and organizational skills
Experience supporting digital marketing initiatives, email campaigns, and social media

Nice To Haves

Experience within wealth management, financial services, private banking, or luxury brands
Background planning client-facing events or executive-level experiences
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar creative platforms
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools
Working knowledge of SEO, website management, and marketing analytics
Comfortable incorporating AI tools into daily marketing workflows

Responsibilities

Drive marketing initiatives across email, social media, website, and digital channels.
Create compelling content, presentations, marketing materials, and thought leadership pieces.
Coordinate and execute client appreciation events, educational seminars, and networking events from planning through post-event follow-up.
Manage relationships with outside vendors, designers, and marketing partners.
Produce and edit short-form video and social media content to strengthen the firm's online presence.
Maintain website content and support ongoing SEO and digital marketing efforts.
Leverage AI, automation, and marketing technology to improve workflows and campaign effectiveness.
Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations based on engagement and analytics.
