Built to accelerate and amplify Water.org’s proven and scalable solution, Get Blue embeds giving into products and experiences—partnering with companies like Gap, Amazon, and Starbucks to help bring water home. Get Blue is seeking a Marketing & Partnerships Operations Associate to support the execution and coordination of marketing campaigns, partnership activations, and business development operations across the Get Blue ecosystem. This role is ideal for a highly organized operator who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys connecting teams, managing workflows, and keeping complex initiatives running smoothly. You will help support partnership pitching, campaign execution, partnership coordination, internal operations, and cross-functional collaboration across Water.org, agencies, and external partners. This is a highly cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of marketing, partnerships, and operations — helping turn strategy into clear timelines, systems, deliverables, and day-to-day execution support.
